This court serves the Boroughs of Factoryville and Nicholson, and the Townships of Clinton, Exeter, Falls, Lemon, Nicholson, Overfield, Tunkhannonck, and Washington. According to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's 2013 reorganization order for the 44th Judicial District, this court is Magisterial District Court 44-3-01. It is known as Magisterial District Court 44-3-04 within Wyoming County because it is located in the offices of former Magisterial District Court 44-3-04.
