View information about the Safety Training Option Program (STOP), which allows minor traffic offenders to avoid fines, court appearances, and points. The Nebraska Safety Center program currently operates in Adams, Boyd, Buffalo, Furnas, Gosper, Hall, Howard, Johnson, Kearney, Nemaha, Otoe, Pawnee, Richardson, Sheridan, Sioux, and Webster Counties; and the cities of Hastings, Chadron, and Grand Island.
