The Middlesex County District Attorney's Office provides crime victims and witnesses with information about victims' rights and the criminal justice process, court accompaniment, referrals, case status notification, and assistance with abuse prevention orders, restitution, victim's compensation claims, and return of property. Additional information about abuse prevention orders, a directory of domestic violence resources, and a glossary of terms are also provided.

Limited Assistance Representation
