Electronic Case Record Tracking

Criminal Court Calendars
Search criminal court calendars by court location, date, and court part or judge's last name. Information is available for all criminal courts in New York City and Nassau and Suffolk Counties, some County Courts, and many City Courts. Only those cases with pending future appearances dates are included. A link to a mobile version is provided.

View published New York State trial court opinions by date and case name; or search opinions and motions by name, decision date, court, docket number, judge, citation, or keyword. Not all trial court decisions are published.

Online fine payments
New York City Online Payments
Pay your violation fines online, including parking tickets, red light tickets, bus lane tickets, ECB violations, health violations, and consumer affairs violations. Property and business taxes and water bills can also be paid. Check status of parking tickets, locate towed vehicles, check on your last payment, and request a parking ticket hearing. A convenience fee applies.
Plead or Pay Traffic Tickets Online
Pay your traffic ticket, or plead not guilty and schedule a hearing. The Department of Motor Vehicles provides this free online service only for Traffic Violations Bureau tickets, not for tickets that must be answered in a local court. The Traffic Violations Bureau only handles tickets in New York City and Rochester.

The Queens County Bar Association offers a lawyer referral service by telephone or email, which includes an initial consultation with a lawyer for a nominal fee.
Legal Assistance for Women
View information about Her Justice, which provides free legal help for low-income women in New York City involved in domestic violence, divorce, child custody and visitation, child or spousal support, and immigration cases.
LGBT Lawyer Referral and Legal Assistance
The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Law Association of Greater New York offers a lawyer referral service by phone or e-mail, free legal clinics, and an online Legal Resource Center with links to a resource guide and various legal topics.
