The Hampshire County Bar Association offers a lawyer referral service by telephone, which includes a free initial consultation with a lawyer; a conciliation program for parties in Probate and Family Court, including a schedule of available attorneys; a court-mandated parent education program for divorcing parties; additional parent education programs; an Elder Law Program that provides free representation to income-eligible seniors, with a link to the program brochure; a Lawyer for the Day program to assist parties in Probate and Family Court with forms and filings; and links to online legal resources.
